What is ClearCOGS?
ClearCOGS is an AI forecasting service for multi-unit restaurants.
By connecting to your point-of-sale system, ClearCOGS sends daily, item-level guidance on what to prep, order and schedule, by email or to a kitchen display. It was founded in 2021 by Matt Wampler, a former restaurant operator, and Osa Osarenkhoe, a software engineer and three-time founder, and works with hundreds of restaurant brands. Pricing is $150 per location per month.
