What are the data requirements for ClearCOGS?

ClearCOGS works for restaurant of all shapes, sizes, and cuisines. In order for ClearCOGS to work for your restaurant you need:

  1. A POS system. We have integrations with many of the leading POS systems on the market. For a full list go here. (@sarah add a link that makes sense)
  2. POS that records item level sales. For example, if you sell bagels and want to optimize your flavor production, your POS needs to track your flavor sales. 
  3. Minimum of 4-6 weeks worth of data. We love data and live by the motto that the more data the better.
